Material :
• 500 ml water
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 300 grams of soba noodles
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
• 2 stalk of spring onions, sliced oblique rough
• 150 gr medium-size shrimp, peeled tail leave

   Sauce: (mix)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

How to make :

1. Boil water and salt until boiling, add dried soba noodles and cook until the noodles are cooked. Remove and drain.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Enter the leek and shrimp, cook until prawns change color.

3. Add the sauce mixture and stir well. Enter the noodles, carrots and green beans, stir until absorbed noodle seasoning, remove from heat.

How To Make Chicken Teiyaki







Ingredients :

  • 400 grams of boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 piece Onions (chopped fine)
  • 1 clove garlic (in crushed)
  • 2 knuckle ginger (be shredded)
  • 25 ml teriyaki seasoning instant
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make:

  • The first step is to first wash thoroughly chicken thigh meat using running water, and drain.
  • After that the meat slices with a size of 3 x 3 cm and place it in a container or bowl.

How to make Special fried rice seafood







Ingredients

  1. 1 cup white rice
    6 pieces of red pepper
    3 red chilies
    4 pieces of garlic
    7 shallots
    1 ounce shrimp wet
    6 pieces of fish balls
    3 stalks of sweet mustard
    cabbage taste
    salt to taste
    soy sauce
    salty soy sauce
    fried onions
    eggs (are fried cow's eyes)
    1 stalk celery
    1 leek

  2. How to make
  1. Grind red pepper, onion and garlic, give a little salt
  2. Red peppers, onion and celery be sliced 
  3. Shrimp and meatballs boil and then set aside, then thinly sliced meatballs

 Ingredients

   2 plate of white rice
