How To Make Chicken Teiyaki







Ingredients :

  • 400 grams of boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 piece Onions (chopped fine)
  • 1 clove garlic (in crushed)
  • 2 knuckle ginger (be shredded)
  • 25 ml teriyaki seasoning instant
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make:

  • The first step is to first wash thoroughly chicken thigh meat using running water, and drain.
  • After that the meat slices with a size of 3 x 3 cm and place it in a container or bowl.
  • Then give instant topping with teriyaki seasoning on the chicken meat pieces, stirring until evenly mixed and let stand for approximately 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse and stick to the chicken pieces.
  • While waiting for the spices to infuse, we recommend setting up a frying pan and pour the vegetable oil to taste, simmer on the stove over medium flame.
  • After a fairly hot cooking oil, saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant issued.
  • Continued with inserting pieces of chicken that has been smeared with teriyaki seasoning instant into a frying pan.
  • Stir all ingredients and cook until cooked chicken meat, changed color to brown and make sure not to use big fire to prevent burning.
  • Last If felt already cooked, remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl .
