How to make Yakisoba Delicious Typical Japanese




Material :
• 500 ml water
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 300 grams of soba noodles
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
• 2 stalk of spring onions, sliced oblique rough
• 150 gr medium-size shrimp, peeled tail leave
• 100 g carrots, cut into matchsticks
• 150 gr of small beans, cleaned, cut into 3 cm.
   Sauce: (mix)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to make :

1. Boil water and salt until boiling, add dried soba noodles and cook until the noodles are cooked. Remove and drain.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Enter the leek and shrimp, cook until prawns change color.

3. Add the sauce mixture and stir well. Enter the noodles, carrots and green beans, stir until absorbed noodle seasoning, remove from heat.
